How long do I have to return my goods?
At West Radiators, we want to give you as long as possible to decide that you have the right radiators. To achieve this we offer a 14 days return period on any stock items. This means you have double the amount of time over the legal standard to return goods to us. The only exception to this is for customised radiators, these cannot be returned.
How do I go about returning items to you?
The first step is to contact our customer service department, they will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If emailing customer services you will need to supply your name, order number, items to be returned and the reason for return.
The next step is to have the items returned to us. We appreciate that not everyone has access to a courier, so we recommend We Deliver The World. A helpful website that will scout out the best possible courier quote to suit your needs.
